The 87th Annual NALG National Tournament Is Set For June 9-11, 2023 In Coeur d'Alene, ID



On June 9th, 2023 left-handed golfers from around the country will descend upon Coeur d'Alene to compete in the 87th Annual NALG (National Association of Lefthanded Golfers) National Tournament.


This three-day, 54-hole tournament will be held at the stunning Avondale Golf Club in Hayden Lake, Idaho. Situated among the pine trees of Northern Idaho, Avondale offers 6,600 yards of picturesque play that winds through a spectacular woodland setting. The course is regarded as one of the premier tracks in Idaho thanks to the scenery and impeccable conditions.



The tournament offers seven divisions of competitions including:

  • Championship (6500 +/- yds)

  • Open (6300 +/- yds)

  • Senior (6000 +/- yds) | Must be at least 55 to compete in Senior Division

  • Master (5500 +/- yds) | Must be at least 70 to compete in Masters Division

  • Grand Masters (4800 +/- yds) | Must be at least 80 to compete in Grand Masters Division

  • Women's (4800 +/- yds)

  • Junior (4800 +/- yds) | Must be younger than 19 to compete in Junior Division


Division winners will be crowned on a Gross basis however there will be a common Net division open to all players with an official handicap.


While the tournament is only open to left-handed players, guests are encouraged to attend and take advantage of all Coeur d'Alene has to offer.
